You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, depending on your bank or credit card company's policies.
